This program offers leadership development, benefits navigation, and employer training in Disability confidence, all with the goal of helping participants thrive in executive-track careers. Ascend 2.0 builds on the success of its predecessor by deepening employer engagement and expanding regional outreach, especially in the Southeastern U.S., where Visa maintains a strong presence.
